The Folsom Math Circle is a math circle bringing together eager students to explore different aspects of math. Taught by a passionate high schooler, it is designed to show young, aspiring math students subjects not often taught at school.
Students will spend an hour learning new mathematical concepts not taught at school, usually centering around 1 activity. It is designed to help grow their passion for math.
No! The Folsom Math Circle is free for everyone!
The Folsom Math Circle will meet on Saturdays between 3-4PM at the Gather Room in the Bel Air store in Folsom, at 2760 E. Bidwell St. If there is no meeting, there will be an email sent out.

Hello! My name is Alden Raymond, and I am a sophomore at Folsom High School. When I was younger, I was very passionate about mathematics, but the closest math circle to me was an hour away in Davis. I did not wish for this to be the case for future students, so I created a math circle in Folsom so young, passionate students can learn more math!
My qualifications include:
2x AIME qualifier [Prestigious, highly competitive math exam for high schoolers]
NorthSouth Foundation National Math Bee Champion
MathLeague National Countdown Champion
